• Selected candidates will be hired initially for contract period
• Primary Healthcare Initiative (PPHI) managment reserves right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
• Incomplete application will not be entertained.
• Mobile phone is not allowed in test premises.
• candidates should be disqualified if false information is provided.
• Attested degrees from HEC must be provided at the time of interview,
• Females, Miniority, candidates are encourged to apply.
• No TA/DA will be admissible.
• Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide /attach No objection Certificate.

• Fee for each post is RS 220/- is mentioned on deposit slip in any of the country world wide branches of designated banks and after that send printed registration form along with original deposit slip at OTS address.
