Terms and Conditions

Only those individuals who fulfill the requirements or who are permanent residents of the region where quota vacancies are available may apply for Sr Nos. 1 to 5.
Only applicants who meet the residency requirements and are residents of civil districts and Tehsils falling under the geographical jurisdiction of the relevant Railway Administrative division are eligible to apply for Senior No. 6.

The following quotas for the category of Assistant Station Master for Sr No 07

58% quota for open merit.
20% quota for son of Railway employes
10% quota for ex-servicement.
Managment reserves right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
Incomplete application will not be entertained.
Mobile phone is not allowed in test premises.
candidates should be disqualified if false information is provided.
Attested degrees from HEC must be provided at the time of interview,
Females, Miniority, Transgenders candidates are encourged to apply.
No TA/DA will be admissible.
5 years general age relexation is already included in above age limit.
Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide /attach No objection Certificate.

Duly filled /typed form be emailed to CPO at email address cpo@pakrail.gov.pk.
Signed forms alongwith attested copies of Educational Documents,CNIC,Domicile and two attested photographs.
Three postal envelopes duly stamped and return address of applicanys mention.The above document should be directly sent through registered Dak or courier to chief personnel officer, Pakistan Railway Headquarters office.
