Job Description
The efficient operation of computer systems within the confines of requirements, specifications, costs, and schedules shall be the responsibility and accountability of the IT manager. The setup and maintenance of our company’s computer requirements are overseen by an IT manager.
Key Responsibilities
- In the role of monitoring operations and system optimisation, using technology to boost productivity, simplify company procedures, and drive organisational expansion.
- Create long-term IT strategies that complement the aims and objectives of the company’s business and be responsible for overseeing the daily upkeep and management of the IT and ERP systems, which includes tasks such as system upgrades, user administration, security, and troubleshooting.
- BI technologies and techniques that convert unprocessed data into insightful business information must be managed. guaranteeing the data’s confidentiality, integrity, and correctness within the ERP system. Establishing data standards, putting data governance guidelines into practice, managing data migration, and cleansing tasks are all included.
- Integrate the ERP system to other digital platforms, CRM, GTM, and other crucial company systems. overseeing interactions with third-party service providers and ERP suppliers. This includes assessing vendor performance, settling disputes over contracts, and making sure that SLAs are fulfilled.
- Establishing and managing the IT budget for projects and activities pertaining to ERP. This includes managing expenses, allocating resources wisely, and making sure projects are finished on time and under budget. Maintaining adherence to pertinent laws and guidelines while minimizing IT-related issues, including data loss, system outages, and cyberattacks.
- Supervise IT employees by hiring, developing, and mentoring staff members, as well as by outlining job requirements and evaluating their work.
Required Qualification
- Master’s degree in Computer Sciences,Information Systems,Business Administrationor Data Sciences
- SAP S/4 HANA implementation and leading a high-performing IT teams, preferably in a large scale manufactring industry.
Required Skills
- Broad understanding of distribution management systems (DMS), GTM, and BI tools (SAP Analytics Cloud).
- Strong data analytics, rational thinking, business intelligence, and strategic planning and budgeting for IT and ERP.
- Proficiency in project management and application lifecycle management, along with good communication abilities.
- Competence with data center administration and data governance.
- Practical understanding of computer networks, including installation, management, and network installation.
