Professional Experience, Skills & Competencies for Deputy Director

Professional Experience

• Minimum 08 years post qualification experience in procurement management role
• The capacity to handle significant, varied, and technologically focused procurement tasks.
• knowledgeable about PPRA Rules and their actual use.
• Shown ability to create, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors, particularly in government organizations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of legal frameworks, industry trends, and best practices in procurement.
• Familiarity with World Bank procurement procedures.

Skills & Competencies

• Capacity to recognize, assess, and address risks and compliance issues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Outstanding precision in gathering and interpreting data for reporting and recordkeeping,
• Familiarity with procuring IT technology, hardware, and software.

Terms and Conditions

• Selected candidates will be hired initially for contract period of 05 years
